Steps to reproduce the problem:
(1) open new Incognito tab and open https://cloud3squared.com/files/sw-indexeddb-demo2/index.html
(2) hit F12 to open devtools and go to Application > Clear Storage
(3) hit F5 a few times
(4) note lack of IndexedDB value in pie chart, despite an entry in IndexedDB > keyval-store > keyval-store (the value is incremented with each F5 refresh)

What is the expected behavior?
A value is shown for storage used for IndexedDB

What went wrong?
Does show in Incognito window (does in non-incognito)
