Curtain Mode Breaks Chrome Remote Desktop Windows 8.1 Pro

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Chrome Remote Desktop on Windows 8.1 and a Chromebook.
2. Add the registry keys recommended by Chrome documentation for Curtain Mode here: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/2799701?hl=en
3. Try to connect to Windows 8.1 machine from Chromebook.

What is the expected behavior?
Remote desktop connection will be initiated.

What went wrong?
After PIN entry, a Session Ended message is displayed, and remote desktop connection does not initiate.

Remote desktop connection works perfectly without Curtain Mode. Was able to find one other thread on here regarding this issue, but the steps suggested were steps I already tried.

Unable to test this issue at ET end, as Chromebook is not available at ET team.
Requesting someone from Inhouse team to please look into this issue and help in further triaging.

Tested this issue on Windows 7 Enterprise and Windows 8.1 Enterprise and Unable to reproduce the issue 

Steps followed to reproduce the problem are:
1.Installed Chrome Remote Desktop on Windows 8.1 and a Chromebook.
2.Added the registry keys recommended by Chrome documentation for Curtain Mode from here: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/2799701?hl=en
3.Tried to connect to Windows 8.1 machine from Chromebook and Observed that Remote desktop connection initiated successfully.

Tested this issue on reported version #63.0.3239.84 and stable #63.0.3239.132 and canary # 65.0.3309.0 on Windows 7 Enterprise and Windows 8.1 Enterprise

Reporter@: Could you please recheck the issue by upgrading your chrome to latest Stable and let us know if the issue still persists.
