Summary: gclient runhooks failing intermittently on chromium.win (was: gclient runhooks failing on chromium.win/Win 7 Tests x64 (1))
It seems to have failed to get battor_agent_binary. Not sure if this happened before the latest battor agent update (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/catapult/+/728381).
