In Payment Request and Autofill, For dorpdown fields that are not required, allow the user to remove their selection.
Example: For an Irish address, the country field is not required, because it does not have the "*" marker next to it. If you have previously selected something, but now you want to remove that selection, it should be possible, because the county field is allowed to be empty. Therefore, the dropdown should have a "--" (or something like that) option.
