a11y: talkback always says: "Double tap to activate" in any type of element

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://www.w3schools.com/html/
2. Enable talkback
3. Navigate with accessible focus to any element in the green section
4. talkback always says: "Double tap to activate" in any type of element

What is the expected behavior?
talkback should say: "Double tap to activate" in elements that have interaction

What went wrong?
talkback always says: "Double tap to activate" in any type of element
