Page automatilly reloading in another Tab

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open multiple webpage in differen tabs
2. After 2 to 3 hoours again click on any one of tab
3. Then page reloads again.

What is the expected behavior?
Page shouldn't reload once it's loaded fully.

What went wrong?
Page is loading abnormally.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.84 and on the latest canary 65.0.3299.0 using windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1. As the issue is seen from M-50(50.0.2634.0) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.
