Regression : PDF page flickers and contents of PDF does not load completely with ‘PDF viewer’ extension.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 65.0.3298.0 (Official Build) 6586a208880a70a00856529493741971ecfea5c2-refs/heads/master@{#524617} 64-bit OS : Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2) Test URLs : 1. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pdf-viewer/oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm/related?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon 2. https://graduateland.com/api/v2/users/jesper/cv What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to test URL 1 and install an ‘PDF viewer’ extension. 2. Now navigate to test URL 2 and reload PDF few time. 3. Observe. Actual Result : PDF page flickers and contents of PDF does not load completely with ‘PDF viewer’ extension. Expected Result : All contents of PDF page should load properly and PDF should not flicker. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build : 65.0.3294.0 (Revision : 523977) Bad build : 65.0.3295.0 (Revision : 524284) You are probably looking for a change made after 524203 (known good), but no later than 524204 (first known bad). This issue working as intended on Mac 10.12.6 using chrome latest Canary-65.0.3309.0 . All contents of PDF page loaded properly with PDF Viewer without any flickering issue even after reload multiple times. avshaikh@,Please check this issue on latest canary & update the thread accordingly. Rechecked above issue in latest Canary #65.0.3316.0 & Dev #65.0.3315.3 build on Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) OS and original issue is no longer reproducible. Now PDF page load properly in 'PDF Viewer' extension without any flickering. This issue seems to be auto-fixed. Kindly review an attached screen-cast about latest Canary behavior. Thank you!

Thanks avshaikh@. As per C#3, marking this issue as Wontfix as it is working as intended on latest chrome versions on mac OS.
