Extension stopped working on Chrome update

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 63.0.3239.84
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/loctracker-addon/faohplemaaphnpoihllnndofbhfepmhc
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari:not tested
    Firefox:FAIL
    IE/Edge:not tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extension is not working anymore
2.

What is the expected result?
Extension should inject extra code to our partner webpage and add an extra functionality

What happens instead of that?
Extension is not working and we cannot see any problems/errors in console

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the reported version 63.0.3239.84 and latest Canary 65.0.3305.0 by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to the above given Webstore URL.
2. Added the Locator extension to chrome and navigated to the link https://locator.lt/
3. Can observe that the Locator page is opened, but need credentials to login to the site.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Can you please provide test credentials to login and also provide the screen cast/screen shot of the issue you are seeing for better understanding.

Hello, thank You very much for Your feedback. Seems the problem was due the
https secure connection as the site had before non secure http connection.
And my extension is developed to use non secure connection.
