Clicking on any notification crashes chromebook with external display

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10176.13.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.24 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10176.13.1 (Official Build) beta-channel cave

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Attach external monitor, close lid
2. Click notification from the right notification list
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The notification generated application is opened

What went wrong?
The whole system crashes, then goes to suspend

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.24  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10176.13.1
Flash Version: 

Probably android apps cause the issue or notifications that appeared before the external display was attached, or maybe the notifications that appeared before the previous crash, I don't know. Still this makes my system crash 3-5 times a day.

This makes chromebook unusable for me. I would like to give highest priority.

Crash is in:

java.lang.NullPointerException at com.android.systemui.arc.notification.ArcNotificationMojoBridge.onNotificationUpdated
This seems to have been fixed in
