MDC autoroller fails on argument error

usage: roll_dep.py [-h] [--ignore-dirty-tree] [-r REVIEWER] [-b BUG]
                   [--no-log] [--log-limit LOG_LIMIT] [--roll-to ROLL_TO]
                   [--key KEY]
                   dep_path [dep_path ...]
roll_dep.py: error: Can't use multiple paths to roll simultaneously and --roll-to
step returned non-zero exit code: 2

Status: Fixed (was: Started)
https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/internal.bling.main/builders/material-components-autoroller/builds/8069 shows that the roll_dep.py step works again.

(The build still fails but for other reasons, beign worked on.)
