run-webkit-tests "Checking system dependencies" step takes a long time locally

This takes around 10-15 seconds, which seems a bit long. I don't think it took this long before. Can this step be faster?

$ third_party/WebKit/Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests  --target=Default external/wpt/service-workers/service-worker/fetch-canvas-tainting.https.html

[run-webkit-tests][Linux] Create a symlink in the dummy home for .cache

to prevent fontconfig from reconstructing the whole font cache.
