Weird black patches are seen in emulated window while performing audit in devtools

Reported by rp...@etouch.net, Dec 18 2017

Issue description

Version: 64.0.3282.37 713be4edaee38c750de43a23e5d8b2d57227d321-refs/branch-heads/3282@{#257}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools and go to 'Audit' section and perform an audit,observe emulation window

Actual: Weird black patches are seen in emulated view window while performing audit
Expected: Weird black patches should not be seen in emulated view window while performing audit

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 series as new feature in 'Audit' appears from build # 60.0.3102.0

Can't reproduce this, but over to Paul for further triage. I wonder if we're hitting some compositing bug there.

Can't reproduce, and auditing the NTP isnt allowed anymore. I suspect this one isn't reproducible anymore.
