Notification popups from Google Calendar stay forever

Chrome Version: 65.0.3296.0
OS: Chrome OS 10216.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a calendar item with notification on calendar.google.com
(2) Receive the notification

What is the expected result?
The notification should be dismissed automatically after 25 seconds.

What happens instead?
The notification stays forever.

Also reproduced on Linux 63.0.3239.108

This is Notification.never_timeout(), which can be triggered on my site through the `requireInteraction` flag.

This feature is important for notifications that are very time sensitive, such as an immediate event or an incoming call. WAI?
