Need more actionable error message when copying files with a colon in the name to a USB drive

Project Member Reported by raymes@chromium.org, Dec 18 2017

Issue description

Recently my Dad tried to copy files from a Drive folder to a USB drive using the Files App. The filename turned out to have a colon in it, which meant that it couldn't get copied to the USB drive (probably due to FAT32). But the discrete error message which appears says something about there being a problem with the device which prevents the files from being copied (sorry I don't have a USB drive handy to repro the issue!).

The error message wasn't very actionable and doesn't help the user understand what's causing the problem. It would be better to say that the file can't be copied because it has a ":" in the name.

Summary: Need more actionable error message when copying files with a colon in the name to a USB drive (was: Very bad error message when copying files with a colon in the name to a USB drive)
I could reproduce it on my VFAT drive.
The Files app rejects creating a file name containing :, but this can happen when such file name was given on Drive (on web, or any other clients).
Ideally it should show alert before starting an operation, as it may result in copying/moving only a part of the files when drag-drop multiple files.

Agreed, that would be ideal
