Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Win10 with 200% font scaling on tv monitor 1 Turn on 2160p tv 2 open a browser 3 open the menu of any extension (lest click) 4 try to choose any item on his menu What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? All the menus of the chrome extensions on the 2160p TV are not displayed correctly. It is impossible to click on any buttons in the extension menu, it seems like the focus of the mouse is shifted. The problem occurs when the scale of the text in Windows is 200%. At 100%, everything works correctly. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Since TE doesn't have monitor wth 2160p resolution, adding TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV label for further triage.

Does this also reproduce on non-TV, non-2160P monitor, with 200% scaling on Windows (e.g. HiDPI monitor)? This is unlikely a bug in HTML>Focus itself, but hit-test or more lower-level event handling.
