Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.84 and latest canary 65.0.3299.0 using windows 10 with steps mentioned below: Steps to reproduce the issue: 1) Launched reported chrome version 2) Navigated to URL: http://edition.cnn.com/2017/12/15/health/health-trends-2017-google-explainer/index.html 3) Scrolled down 4) Didn't seen any flickering @Reporter: PLease find the attached screencast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything from our end, please try to test this issue by creating new person with no extensions and apps in it and let us know if the issue still persists. You are using a few extensions (like Ad Block Plus) these extensions can cause these issues. Closing issue due to lack of feedback requested but not provided. If the issue still exists please open a new issue with the details requested. |
