Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.6, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.24 and latest canary #65.0.3306.0.
This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M50 old builds.

Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.

Thanks...!!

I know Patti was looking at this bug. Not sure if there is a bug already filed.

Thanks for the additional information!

I've only been able to reproduce this on Windows 10 with a 1.25 device scale factor. krajshree@, are you able to provide more information about how you got it to reproduce on Ubuntu? Did you have any device scale factor applied? I can debug on Windows, but it would be quicker if I could get it reproduced on Linux.
