Workspaces: Automatic resource mapping doesn't work

DevTools failed to link network resource to filesystem.
Mapping worked fine when I was able to manually map resources in Chrome ver. 62.

Platform: Mac
Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84

What are the details of your project?
- Build System: webpack, transpiled with babel, devtool: 'inline-source-map'
- HTTP server: gulp-connect

Assets failed to link (or incorrectly linked):
1. All .js files failed to link to source-mapped .js files.  See screenshots.
