Can't see words. Therefor, can't disable extensions or do other troubleshooting. Screenshot attached.

I downloaded new version of Chrome Canary tonight and installed it but behaviour remained the same. I restarted my computer with no change. Are you going to send me a troubleshooting suggestion?
