Rendering is all messed up

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome Canary 2. There it is What is the expected behavior? The page should render What went wrong? I had been experiencing a regular crash when downloading. I killed the process and restarted the browser, and now everything looks like the attached image. I've restarted the browser multiple times, and rebooted my mac. Unfortunately, in this state, I can't even look for an upgrade. I've removed all the plugins, it still reproduces. My next step will be a clean reinstall. Let me know if you want a dump or something before I do that. Did this work before? Yes I keep my Canary up to date, so this didn't happen in the previous rev Chrome version: Canary latest Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version:

Same issue with MacOS 10.11.6 (15G31) Canary Version of Chrome I can't tell the exact version since I cant view the about page. But I just updated and restarted today December 16th 2017

I check some versions for mac from https://omahaproxy.appspot.com/ mac canary 65.0.3296.0 <- has same issue mac dev 65.0.3294.5 <- :( does't found at https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Mac/523976/ mac beta 64.0.3282.24 <- works fine (but in about page version shown as 64.0.3282.0)
