SVG icons are not recognized as element for new context menu

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. try to open new context menu on any SVG icon (for example on https://image.flaticon.com/icons/svg/639/639373.svg)

What is the expected behavior?
New context menu is opened with options like for images

What went wrong?
Icon is not recognized

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 65.0.3295.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 7
Flash Version: 

Android 7, S7

Tested the issue in Android and could reproduce the issue. Observed that Unable to open the context menu

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Chrome Browser.
2. Navigated to https://image.flaticon.com/icons/svg/639/639373.svg
3. Observed that Unable to open the context menu

 65.0.3295.0

OS
Android 8.0.0, 7.0.0

Android Devices
8.0.0; Pixel XL Build/OPR1.170623.027, 7.0.0; SM-J710F Build/NRD90M

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen in old builds (M59) as well. Untriaged for further input's.
