Upgrading to VrCore 1.12 significantly increased Java heap size

The upgrade to VrCore 1.12 for testing seems to have caused a significant increase in two memory stats: memory:chrome:all_processes:reported_by_os_system_memory:java_heap_proportional_resident_size_avg and memory:chrome:all_processes_reported_by_chrome:java_heap:effective_size_avg. The former increased by ~3.5MB (28%) and the latter by 6.0 MB (15%).

Status: Fixed (was: ExternalDependency)
Just going to mark this as fixed. Not sure if the fix made it into 1.13, but at some point we'll roll our GVR deps and this will definitely get picked up.
