Download TestNav app and enable the kiosk mode option 2. Launch the TestNav and simultaneously hit ctrl+shift+z What is the expected behavior? App should not have been crashed. What went wrong? App crashes; terminal displayed and user is redirected to ChromeBook login screen. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.97 Channel: stable OS Version: Chrome OS, Version 62.0.3202.97 Flash Version: 27.0.0.187

This is actually mostly working as intended, as this is the shortcut to go back to Chrome OS. But the app shouldn't crash... should look into that part.

I am still seeing this behavior on Beta Chrome OS 10452.42.0, 66.0.3359.79. If you are trying to activate spoken feedback (chromevox) you should press CTRL + SHIFT + Z once. The app only crashes when that key combination is repeatedly pressed
