Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10176.13.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.24 Safari/537.36 Platform: Google_Cyan.7287.57.145 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open an Android app from the Notifications bar. 2. System freezes. 3. Android shutdown and browser restarts with a browser crash message and asking to Restore tabs. What is the expected behavior? Android apps should open perfectly fine from the Notifications bar. What went wrong? Chrome OS froze and crashed. Crashed report ID: 9a83f7bb5a23a58f How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.24 Channel: beta OS Version: 10176.13.1 Flash Version: 28.0.0.129 It's not one particular app. It seems any app can crash the system on Chrome 64 beta. The app that crashed it in my uploaded crash report was Google Voice. The app that crashed it prior to that was my email app (crash report 8dd5d98dff84670f).

Crash in #0 is different from others (#3, #4). #0 is Issue 792583 which is already fixed in 64.0.3282.28.
