hterm: scroll wheel not working in tmux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Secure Shell
(2) connect to remote server
(3) launch tmux
(4) use mouse scroll wheel to scroll through stdout history.

What is the expected result?
text should scroll.

What happens instead?
text is selected and copied to clipboard.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.


After the most recent update to hterm, I am unable to use the mouse scroll wheel (or touchpad scrolling) in tmux. Everything was working fine prior to a couple days ago. Thanks for your help!

Summary: hterm: scroll wheel not working in tmux (was: Scroll wheel no longer working in tmux)
hterm has always been broken in this way, and a fix already submitted:
  https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/826008

however it probably won't make it into a release until Jan (as we do release freezes over the holidays)
