2. Trouble all URLs site.

Tested the issue in Android and could reproduce the issue. Observed the content is loading slow on tab switching.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Browser #63.0.3239.111
2. Navigated to different tabs with different sites
3. Observed the content is loading slow on tab switching

Chrome versions tested:
63.0.3239.111

OS
Android 4.4.2

Android Devices
4.4.2 ASUS_T00J Build/KVT49L

Observing the same behavior since M58, hence marking this issue as Untriaged for further input's
