Omnibox top border is displayed after rotating the device to portrait |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 65.0.3295.0 canary iOS Version: 11.2 Device: iPhoneX only URL: na Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Google Chrome in landscape mode 2. Tap Omnibox to focus, type some text 3. Dismiss the keyboard by swiping on the Omnibox suggestions 4. Rotate the device to portrait mode Observed results: Observe that top border is displayed on Omnibox Expected results: Top border should not be displayed. I don't think it is with the new toolbar enabled as there is grey on the side of the omnibox on landscape.

It looks like this bug is WontFix -- it seems like setting `--enable-features=ZeroSuggestProviderIOS` in Settings is disabling the clean toolbar. That will likely be a different bug. Investigating...
