Do you know if there are any firewalls/antivirus on your computer or network? We've seen some issues with these devices/software that might be causing the problems.

Can you also attach a net-internals log while experiencing the issue: https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details

Reporter@ - Could you please respond to comment #1.

Thanks...!!
At this point we've turned off the feature for the holidays (it should turn off when you restart Chrome). If you have a chance, information about any firewalls/antivirus that might be affecting the connection would still be useful so we can try to test them/contact them before we re-enable it after the holidays.

You can always force the feature on to test whether it is still causing issues by going to chrome://flags#tls13-variant and setting it to "Enabled (Experiment 2)".
Hello,

here's a screenshot with the log in the screen. I hope it can be of any
help.

I've tried several wifi connexions, and still I have the same problem.

I have avast antivirus working in that pc.

Happy holidays and thank you!

@Reporter: Screenshot is seen missing from comment#5. Please try attaching again.

Thanks!
@mauriciorugels...: The screenshot you mentioned in c#5 didn't make it, we could also really use the netlog requested in c#1. Any help you could give would be appreciated; thanks!
