Regression:Small font is seen for recovery message while recovering the Build via USB

Chrome Version:65.0.3294.0/10216.0.0 Candy,Minnie,Celes
OS:chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Copy Build into USB
(2)Install into the device and Observe the recovery message 

Actual:Small font is seen for recovery message 
Expected:Medium font should be seen.

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-64

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
