Show "Can't play the track you requested" dialog while playing mp3 file via Google Play Music from mounted folder

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10176.7.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.14 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10176.7.0 (Official Build) dev-channel coral-unibuild (astronaut blue bruce coral lava nasher nasher360 porbeagle robo robo360 santa whitetip1 whitetip2) test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install "Google Play Music" from Play Store
2. Launch "Add My Documents", create any folder and mount
3. Copy mp3 file to mounted folder
4. Play that mp3 via "Google Play Music" 

What is the expected behavior?
mp3 played by "google music play" app successfully

What went wrong?
show "Can't play the track you requested" dialog
