Regression:Focus is lost after hitting tab key on delete password icon of first entry.

Chrome Version: 65.0.3294.3 (Official Build) b87c6558819ba776f737b5662fbe3eff149af66a-refs/branch-heads/3294@{#4} (64 bit)
OS:Mac(10.12.6,10.13.2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome & navigate to https://twitter.com/,Login with 2 different users and click on "save password" button for each login.
(2)Now again click on key icon such that two entry appears, press tab key till focus reaches "delete password" icon of second entry, observe.


Actual: Focus is lost after hitting tab key on delete password icon of first entry.

Expected: Focus should traverse to delete password icon of second entry once tab key is press on delete password icon of first entry.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M65' and will soon update other info

You are probably looking for a change made after 523625 (known good), but no later than 523626 (first known bad).

Remove FocusBehavior from password labels.

Removes ACCESSIBLE_ONLY focus behavior which makes this label iterable
on Mac and causes lost focus behavior.
