Any update on this?

It is marked as a beta blocker for 65, and the beta promotion date is only a week away.
I think this was fixed in issue 795715 .
Could you check that it is still happening?
Issue seems to be fixed on latest M66- 66.0.3329.0/10360.0.0 dev channel Reks, Kip.

Thanks!
If this is fixed in 66 do we have a patch we can pick back to 65?

Assigning to Steven.

Steven, I think you already merged all the fixes to M65, did not you?
Keerthana, could you also check the latest M65 build?

This is WAI. The "expected" behavior was a bug, which was fixed in 65, and the current behavior is expected.

To change the proxy, select 'Proxy settings' from the list or click on a connected network (proxy settings shouldn't affect the ability to connect to a network).
