Gesture typing should work also when typing in Omnibox or Launcher

This is disabled due to the input type, we should stop disabling it, it's more of a bug as in both we can also type text.

In Launcher, input context type is set to "search".
In Omnibox, input context type is set to "url".

wuyingbing@, can you enable gesture typing on these types?

Besides the context type, Omnibox also has set autoCorrect=false which disables suggestion and gesture typing.

We decide to enable gesture typing in all input boxes.
