Banking App won't submit logon page (via iFrame)

Reported by rickfma...@gmail.com, Dec 15 2017

Issue description

Example URL:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bankofqueensland.boq&hl=en

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install the Bank of Queensland (BOQ) Mobile Banking App
2. Ensure you have Chrome 63.xx installed
3. Open BOQ Mobile App
4. Touch 'Sign In to Mobile Banking
5. Enter say 555 in Customer Number field and say ggg in Password field

What is the expected behavior?
The App pre Chrome 63 would return an error as the sign-in credentials are incorrect, however since Chrome 63, the sign-in page is refreshed immediately this is preventing customers logging into the Mobile Banking as the page refreshes each time.

What went wrong?
Something in Chrome 63 has 'broken' the sign-in page. Reverting back to v62.x and it works fine.

Did this work before? N/A

rickfmason@, we tested with the latest 63.0.3239.111 on Pixel2XL/8.1.0, and entering the UserID and password shows invalid credentials error(expected behavior).

Can you please test on the latest chrome mentioned above and let us know if you still see the reported issue?
The latest Chrome update has solved the problem. Thanks Google!
