Chromevox doesn't pronounce the app clicked from the Search/launcher menu on ChromeOS

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36
Platform: Pixelbook

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On a Chrome OS device, tap the Search key to bring up the "Search your device, apps, and web" bottom menu
2. Using the trackpad, click on the left-most app in the list

What is the expected behavior?
In the situation illustrated in this screencast (https://youtu.be/vEUND70optA), ChromeVox should speak out "Basic Accessibility".

What went wrong?
ChromeVox pronounces "Search your device, apps, and web"

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.86  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10032.71.1
Flash Version: 

Sometimes it read out loud other UI elements.

I'm not able to reproduce this. The behavior in 71 is working as expected. Please reopen if that's not the case for you!
