Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.84 using Chromium on Ubuntu 14.04. Attaching screencast for reference. This might be specific to mint 17 Qiana. As ET Team do not have mint, could someone from Inhouse take a look into this. Thanks!

way back when first reporting this 'problem', I mentioned that I opened 5 other tabs when initial opening the browser. The other day I took chrome://settings/siteData out of the list. Next time I started up the browser the chrome://settings/clearBrowserData page started working as I expect it to Just to make sure I was not seeing things, I added the chrome://settings/siteData back to the list and chrome://settings/clearBrowserData page breaks So that is what I see. I guess there still is a problem when trying to bring these 2 pages up simultaneously upon initial opening of the browser but it doesn't bother me anymore mark s.

sorry but I am not a Chromium tester. I've avoided the problem on my end. now it is time to earn your paycheck. You have all you need to know to try and solve the problem with the browser. As far as I am concerned, you can close this issue. You on the other hand may not want to do that

As per comment #8 we retested this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.84 using Chromium on Ubuntu 17.10 as we don't have mint 17 Qiana.Hence adding TE-Hardware-Dependency label for further help in triaging the issue. Thanks.! |
