Sound doesn't work on some Facebook games

Chrome Version       : 64.0.3282.24
Platform             : 10176.14.0  - Wolf, Candy, Daisy, Enguarde
URLs (if applicable) : facebook.com


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  log into facebook.com
(2)  play "Candy crush saga" or "Tetris" games 
(3)  check the sound while playing the games

What is the expected result?
Should be able to hear the sound while playing the game

What happens instead?
Unable to hear game sound.  

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Able to hear sound while playing "Bejeweled Blitz"
Unable reproduce the issue on Chrome 64.0.3282.11/ CrOS 10176.5.0 - Daisy

Unable to reproduce the issue on 64.0.3282.24 - Ubuntu14.04

Able to reproduce the issue on 65.0.3294.0/10216.0.0 dev channel Candy,Minnie for Candy crush saga. But, unable to reproduce for Tetris battle game(Able to hear the sound).

Issue is working fine on 65.0.3294.0/10216.0.0 dev channel Celes for both the games.

Ran these with Chrome beta and canary on mac desktop.  Candy Crush Saga and Tetris both produce audio, as expected.

This seems specific to the device and not to WebAudio in particular?

Unable to reproduce the issue on Chrome 64.0.3282.31/CrOS 10176.15.0 - Wolf.  Able to hear the sound properly.   
	
Will check it on latest M65 build

I'm seeing the issue on 64.0.3282.31/10176.15.0 - Glimmer.  65.0.3295.0/CrOS 10217.0.0 - Wolf

Steps :
1. install chromeos build, and then log into the system
2. log into facebook.com and play the "Candy crush saga" 
3. Shut down and reboot the system
4. run "Candy crush saga" 

On step#2, able to hear the sound
On step#4, unable to hear the sound

I'm still seeing the issue after clearing browsing data or resetting the system.
