Clear Storage doesn't update

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit a site that users cache storage
2. Notice the size in the "application > clear storage" tab
3. Delete a cache or all caches
4. Go back to size in clear storage tab

What is the expected behavior?
The size to go down due to caches being deleted

What went wrong?
The values aren't updated.

Did this work before? N/A

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
That's not how quota works, it'll keep the files around for some time and will evict them later. I understand this is suboptimal from the web dev standpoint, but that's how browser accounts usage / quota internally.
