Issue descriptionCurrently all Fuchsia try bots build release version without DCHECKs. It would be great to have at least an optional try bot that runs tests with DCHECKs enabled.

#0: the fuchsia trybots, like most trybots, run release w/ DCHECKs enabled. Have you seen behavior that'd indicate otherwise?

I recently landed this CL, which had consistent DCHECK failure in media_unittests on Fuchsia: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/809540 . The CL still passed CQ. It looks like DCHECKs were actually enabled. The problem is that the try bot didn't execute media_unittests, as it wasn't triggered by the analyze step. I'll open a separate bug.

Fuchsia x64 isn't configured to run media_unittests at all. |
