ChromeOS feature request: Please add pxlcolor PPD to Generic drivers for Native Printing (CUPS)

Summary:
Sometimes we need to use Generic PPD for printer which is not listed by name. Current PCL Generic options are all non-color ones, so it limits workaround options for color printers

Use case / Motivation:

Ability to print in color for several printers absent from list

Existing workarounds:

Seeking "lookalike" PPD for similar printer

This will add support color support for PCL6.  We should verify it works then add the PPD from Ghostscript.
