SVG content doesn't scale up when zoomed in via browser zoom

Issue descriptionChrome Version:63.0.3239.108 (Official Build) d2626860fae283daee484943e6820af18fc73fd9-refs/branch-heads/3239@{#676} (32/64 bit) OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.dailymotion.com/video (2)Click on 'explore' and play any video, click on + icon(player) such that overlay appears to sign in (3)Now zoom in the page and observe the close X icon. Actual: Close icon size doesn't changes after zooming the page. Expected: Close icon size should change once the page is zoom in. This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M45' series i.e 45.0.2404.0 Note: Issue not seen on other browser like Firefox & I.E

This can be observed directly on the page mentioned above (for example the spyglass in the search box and the checkmark after "Videos".)
It's caused by the "svg { width: auto; height: auto; }" CSS rule and is thus a duplicate of issue 722055 .
