Expected result: Transparent black flash should not be seen on page load. Additional Notes: Issue is not reproducible on M64 build number (64.0.3282.29)

Hi, I can't seem to repro this issue on canary 66 on Android O. I have tried the WebView shell as well. Marking as WontFix if you find another report of this please do open again. |
