Issue descriptionIn https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/tryserver.chromium.android/android_n5x_swarming_rel/325653 org.chromium.chrome.browser.vr_shell.WebVrTransitionTest#testWindowRafStopsFiringWhilePresenting__ChromeTabbedActivity randomly failed This is to track that flakiness. The output is pretty verbose. Maybe someone can get the nuggets out of that report.

According to https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#testType=chrome_public_test_vr_apk%20(with%20patch)&showAllRuns=true&tests=org.chromium.chrome.browser.vr_shell.WebVrTransitionTest%23testWindowRafStopsFiringWhilePresenting__ChromeTabbedActivity, it doesn't look like that test has failed anytime recently.
