Full screen video playback (audio-to-video synchronization/lag)

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open youtube link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4YT7_b90lE
2. Click play
3. Enter full screen mode playback

What is the expected behavior?
Audio is synced to video properly

What went wrong?
Incorrect audio to video Sync, 0.5 seconds diff

Did this work before? Yes 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0.16299
Flash Version:

It worked well on previous Windows Build, before "10.0.16299"
Video drivers are updated already

Just that video or all?  Are you using wireless headphones of some type? If it changed after a Windows build it might be a Microsoft issue instead.

Just HD video playback. Actually main issue is audio out of sync with video only in Chrome. In latest Edge and Firefox everything is ok.

If fs only, it's probably https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=775898#c116 which Microsoft is working on and has a fix in the next update for.
