Small pictures are too small in new context menu

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. https://support.google.com/chrome
2. go into any sub-page with Chrome icon
3. open new context menu for Chrome icon

What is the expected behavior?
Icon is at least big like in page

What went wrong?
Icon is too small

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 65.0.3292.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 7
Flash Version: 

Android 7, S7, latest Canary

in the example icon in the circle shape is displayed as rectangle too...

Somehow observing small Chrome ion on the context menu as per the steps mentioned in comment #0.

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3292.0

OS:
Android 8.0.0

Android Devices:
8.0.0; Pixel XL Build/OPR1.170623.027.

Untriaging the issue as this related to new context menu, which is introduced recently in M65.
