Allow using SSLPrivateKey as the interface for SSLServerSocket's key.

Issue description

This would allow us to re-use keys that are already represented as SSLPrivateKey where we have the sign operation with no access to the raw keys.

ECDHE ciphers would be required since decrypt is not available.
