Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. http://dekoracjeferrero.pl/tutorial in desktop mode 2. open new context menu for marked elements What is the expected behavior? Browser is recognizing link and picture inside What went wrong? Browser is recognizing link, but not picture inside, for example for this code: <a href="dist/images/video/video1/PB3A0668.jpg" class="image-box"><img src="dist/images/video/video1/PB3A0668.jpg"></a> we see only new context menu for a tag Did this work before? No Chrome version: 65.0.3292.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 7 Flash Version: Galaxy S7, Android 7, latest Canary

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launched the Chrome Browser. 2. Navigate to the URL: http://dekoracjeferrero.pl/tutorial 3. Long tap on the small images, displayed under 'Zdjecia' 4. Observe that images are not displayed in the Context menu. Chrome versions tested: 65.0.3292.0(Canary) OS: Android 8.0.0 Android Devices: Pixel XL Build/OPR1.170623 Unable to provide Bisect as the issue is not reproduced in the Signed builds.
