[Select-to-Speak] Select-to-speak nodes scrolled below the virtual keyboard have the wrong bounds

Issue description

Highlighting and focus rings get thrown off when nodes being spoken are scrolled below the virtual keyboard.

This is working properly now. Tested on Eve and Chrome OS emulated on Linux.

The word highlight shows up on the keyboard because word highlight is not clipped to node bounds. That's a different problem.
