enabling local overrides via settings does... nothing

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3292.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open settings 2. check the "enable local overrides" checkbox under the "persistence" category 3. open the command menu (link below), type "overrides" https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/ui#command-menu What is the expected behavior? they're should be a "show local overrides" option in the command menu. selecting that command should show the overrides tab in the drawer What went wrong? nothing happens. there's a "show overrides" command that opens up settings, but the UI is not complete Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 65.0.3292.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version:
