Unnecessary URL in IMAGE tab in new context menu

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open any page with images without any description attributes inside IMG tag which are part of link / A tag (for example www.chip.pl)
2. open one of these links

What is the expected behavior?
URL is not displayed in IMAGE tab

What went wrong?
URL is exactly the same to URL in LINK tab and doesn't give any additional info and can even provide to incorrect feeling, that it's part of IMG tag

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 65.0.3292.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 7

in step 2 open new context menu for of these links...
